Astronomy and Space

Explorers students will learn about the origin, evolution of our sun, planet solar system and space exploration in order to discover our place in the universe.

Biology

DAPCEP STEM activities for Kindergarteners help Explorers students will explore topics that include parts of plants, photosynthesis, plant and animal cells, and the human body systems.

Build a Chair for Baby Bear – A  STEM challenge where materials are used to design and build a chair that will support one or more soup cans.

More Explorations in STEM

Explorers students will examine STEM concepts in physics, biology, chemistry, environmental science, and engineering.  Students will investigate ideas using videos, discussions, experiments, and  hands-on STEM engaging activities.
