elcome to the STEM Squad’s Squad Missions bulletin. Here you’ll discover all the ways you can get involved with DAPCEP and help bring the wonders of science, technology, engineering, math, and medicine to students.

Step 1: Join the Squad!

Squad Members dedicate their time, knowledge, and wisdom to create impactful experiences for students. Squad Members also support the daily life of the organization by helping with the nuts & bolts, and actively contributing their ideas and voices to craft organizational strategies. Perhaps you’d like to…

  • Lead an experiment involving flatworms?
  • Teach a pop-up workshop on solar energy?
  • Chat with students about career pathways?
  • Host a Yuletide Social at your home?

No prior teaching experience is necessary-just a love of STEM and a passion for inspiring students.

Click here to register as an official squad member. Your information will help us to create the kinds of Squad Missions that best match-up to your volunteer skill set.

Step 2: Scroll through the Bulletin

There are three sections of the bulletin based on volunteer type. Find your type, find your mission. It’s as easy as π.

Volunteer Types:
◊ Everyone: Friends, parents, teachers – all are welcome on the critical missions that keep DAPCEP going.
◊ Alumni: There are many exciting ways for former DAPCEP students to connect & give back.
◊ STEM Professionals: Is STEM at the heart of your career? Share your knowledge & expertise with current students.

SQUAD TIP: We update the bulletin every time a Not-So-Secret-Top-Secret Squad Mission rolls in, so be sure to check back regularly.

Step 3: Register Your Mission(s)

Complete the form at the very, very, very bottom of this page and the next thing you know, you’ll be embarking on your first (or thirtieth) STEM Squad Mission!
