DAPCEP Teacher

DAPCEP Finance Assistant
The Finance Assistant supports our financial department. The responsibilities of a finance assistant include processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices. You should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software.
Typical Duties Include:
- Process transactions, including data entry, and prepare financial presentations, for the following activities: cash receipts, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, petty cash, credit cards, reconciliations, and payroll
- Monitor transactions for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with GAAP, grant, and organizational requirements.
- Reconcile, maintain and obtain management approval of all financial records in an orderly filing system including storage preparation of on-site and off-site storage
